As the founder and lead consultant of Curiosity: The Antidote LLC, Olivia leverages her expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and organizational behavior management to help organizations and professionals enhance their performance, foster leadership, and create positive, sustainable transformations.

Throughout her career, Olivia has excelled in leading interdisciplinary teams, developing strategic improvement plans, and aligning organizational strengths with the needs of diverse sectors, including education, social services, and behavioral health. Her extensive consulting and program development background has enabled her to empower clients to navigate complex challenges, implement effective solutions, and achieve measurable outcomes.
